Management where understanding and helpful. Strengthened my communication skills, dealing with clients and there queries. Also improved on my I. T skills, operated different computer programmes. Callcenter bedrijf met marginale arbeidsomstandigheden. Dit callcenter bedrijf is qua beloning en arbeidsomstandigheden zeer marginaal. Het werk zelf is leuk, mits je het leuk vind met mensen om te gaan en deze graag wilt helpen met hun product specifieke problemen. Bij de leiding van het bedrijf wil het wel tekortschieten.
Ten eerste zijn de arbeidsomstandigheden zeer slecht, een minimaal ly en geen secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. Bij de leiding wil het ook nog wel schorten, nauwelijks human resource initiatieven en daardoor ook een groot verloop van personeel. Ze zijn op een aantal punten te lley, en op andere punten weer te soepel.
Er zijn veel verbeterpunten aanwezig, procesmatig is niet alles even goed geregeld, als medewerker moet je vaak letterlijk: Being the front line support for a telecom company in the US, this means handling disgruntled customers and pacifying frustrated customers.
On lley lighter side I had the chance to resolve issues unheard of before. Easy money but a lot of back and forth need to all get on the same page so that it run smoother other then that it’s OK This company is horrible.
Do NOT come to this job unless you are desperate and need money. Stressful and unfriendly environment. Teleperformance was a fast paced and stressful workplace.
The management didn’t really have any concern for its employees. I had to deal with a lot of stubborn and irate customers over the phone. Muy buena, excelentes instalaciones, excelente sueldo.
Productive and fun place to work. There is a great opportunity for advancement within the company, unfortunately the contracts are not guaranteed and your employment is can be temporary. A typical day for me would be troubleshooting dsl internet issues for customers, providing general customer service and information for customers, also assisting with training new hires.
I loved my job Loved the training, meeting new people. It was a great feeling knowing I was helping someone. Six months in and things changed. It became more about making the company money, and ,ey about caring for the members or the agents on the phone.
Don’t get sick, or have an emergency, they expect you to be there all the time. You have to work there a year before let get any kind of paid ely off. They don’t offer leg sick or personal leave. A lot of drama with employees as well. Almost like being in high school again, cliques and definitely favoritism. Quick paced, easy going, well paid. It was the best job i’ve ever had, but i would not recommend the job to anyone else.
Really liked the job.
Just time for me to try new things. Really liked the friends that i made there. The workflow can be improved and the supervisor should be more fair.
Overall it was a great experience. Pay was great as well as the people and job. The schedule was hard because it was midnights.

I was sad that this location closed. I would definitely work here again. I enjoyed working here, but I didn’t enjoy the management.
Our incentives were very slim and it became very difficult to reach our bonuses. This became an issue since most of the employees relied on that incentive and they made it almost impossible to hit it. Pleasant people to work for and with.
